DO YOU CHARGE A FEE IF THE DEAL GETS TERMINATED?
No. We only collect the transaction coordination fee when a transaction closes.
WILL YOU BE IN CONTACT WITH ALL PARTIES?
Yes. We communicate throughout the transaction with your buyers or sellers, the cooperating agent, the title company, and your buyer’s lender if applicable.
WILL YOU CONTACT MY CLIENT?
Yes. We typically reach out to all parties involved with the transaction. However, if you prefer we work in more of a “behind the scenes” fashion, we are happy to do just that.
WILL I BE COPIED ON ALL CORRESPONDENCE?
Our goal is to keep everyone informed at the same level. For transparency and compliance, you will be copied on all correspondence unless otherwise requested.
HOW DO YOU GET PAID?
Payment for listing management/MLS input/contract preparation are due at time of order.
Payment for transaction coordination can be completed two ways:
Paid at closing - we will notify the title company to add our fee prior to disbursement of the settlement statement.
Paid after closing - an invoice will be emailed to the agent with payment instructions the day after closing.
IF I AM ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DEAL, WILL I BE CHARGED DOUBLE?
No. We charge one flat fee for our transaction coordination services even when you are on both sides.
I DON’T SEE A SPECIFIC SERVICE THAT I NEED. DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SERVICES?
